Your legacy. Care that endures.

Through the Enduring Impact Legacy Society, you can help ensure that patients and families continue to receive healthcare rooted in clinical excellence and in the hope of Jesus for generations to come.

Ways to Give

Your legacy can help strengthen healthcare systems, equip future leaders, and sustain compassionate care long after your lifetime. Including MBF in your legacy plans can be simple and flexible — you may choose to support the Enduring Impact Fund through any of the following:

  • Bequest in Your Will or TrustLeave a lasting legacy through a gift in your estate plans.

A bequest is a gift you designate in your will or living trust. It costs you nothing today, keeps your assets fully under your control during your lifetime, and can be a set amount, a percentage of your estate, or whatever remains after your loved ones are provided for.

    Next steps

    1. 1Decide the type of gift — a specific amount, a percentage, or the residue of your estate.
    2. 2Share our legal name, Medical Benevolence Foundation, and EIN 62-6046138 with your attorney.
    3. 3Let us know, so we can welcome you into the Enduring Impact Legacy Society and honor your intent.

    Resources

  • IRA Charitable RolloverUse retirement assets to support care that endures.

If you are 70½ or older, a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) lets you give directly from your IRA. The gift is excluded from your taxable income and can count toward your required minimum distribution — and naming MBF as an IRA beneficiary extends that support beyond your lifetime.

    Next steps

    1. 1Contact your IRA administrator and request a qualified charitable distribution to MBF.
    2. 2Ask that your name be included with the distribution so we can acknowledge your gift.
    3. 3Consult your tax advisor to confirm how a QCD fits your situation.

    Resources

  • Life InsuranceDesignate MBF as a beneficiary of an existing or new policy.

A life insurance policy you no longer need can become a significant legacy gift. Name MBF as a full or partial beneficiary — a change you make directly with your insurer, with no attorney and no change to your will.

    Next steps

    1. 1Request a beneficiary change form from your insurance company or plan administrator.
    2. 2List Medical Benevolence Foundation, EIN 62-6046138, and the percentage you wish to give.
    3. 3Send us a copy or simply let us know, so your intent is recorded.

    Resources

  • Charitable Gift AnnuityCreate income for yourself while supporting future generations.

A charitable gift annuity exchanges a gift of cash or securities for fixed payments to you for life. What remains at the end of the annuity term supports the Enduring Impact Fund. Rates depend on your age at the time of the gift.

    Next steps

    1. 1Reach out for a personalized illustration based on your age and gift amount.
    2. 2Review the projected payments and tax treatment with your financial advisor.
  • Donor-Advised Fund Succession PlanningExtend your charitable values through future grantmaking.

Most donor-advised funds let you name a successor advisor or a charitable beneficiary for whatever remains in the fund. Naming MBF ensures your charitable assets continue supporting Christian healthcare after your lifetime.

    Next steps

    1. 1Ask your DAF sponsor for their succession or beneficiary designation form.
    2. 2Name Medical Benevolence Foundation, EIN 62-6046138, as a successor charitable beneficiary.
    3. 3Planning a grant from your DAF today instead? Use the DAF Direct form here, or see the Donor-Advised Funds Quick Reference.

The Care You Value Must Continue Beyond Today

Around the world, patients and families depend on healthcare providers serving in environments marked by limited resources, workforce shortages, and growing demand.

Strong healthcare systems do not develop overnight. They are built over time through trusted leadership, skilled clinicians, sustainable institutions, and faith-integrated care.

The question is not only whether care will be available today.

The question is whether strong, Christ-centered healthcare will still be serving communities decades from now.

Sustainable Care Doesn't Happen by Accident

Healthcare that endures is strengthened intentionally through long-term investment in people, systems, and local leadership.

Your legacy gift becomes part of that long-term foundation.

Through the Enduring Impact Fund, your generosity helps create lasting impact that continues for future generations.
